International Social Media Summit Announced

If you are a regular State of Search reader you will be familiar with the International Search Summit. This conference is all about International Search matters and is organised several times per year, most of the time alongside SMX.

The International Search Summit is now expanding into the world of social, something the organisers are already doing with their other initiative, the International SEO School. Key Takeaways From The International SEO School

A few months ago the International SEO School launched. And the school (on which I myself am also a trainer) decided it wanted to give some extra attention to talents so it gave away two scholarships. We received a lot of applications and in the end there were two winners who both attended the first series of the SEO School in Barcelona.

When the International SEO School was first announced we were pleasantly surprised by the number of positive reactions. Now the first series has already taken place, with a lot of enthusiastic responses.

Also when we sent out the possibility to get a scholarship for the International SEO School we didn’t expect to get that many applications. You can surely say: international SEO is ‘hot’.

Now it is time to announce the winners of the scholarship!

International SEO Offers Scholarships to Talent

The International SEO School opened its doors last week, running its first week-long international search course for delegates from across Europe. In-depth sessions ranging from “Build Your Own Search Engine” to “Planning a Geo-Targeting Strategy” provided delegates with insights, tactics and techniques for developing successful global seo strategies and campaigns.

The next course, International SEO taught by Andy Atkins-Krüger, will run from 18 th-22nd June. Both State of Search and the International SEO school firmly believe the industry should welcome young new talents with open arms.
