SES New York: you have to make it there

March 22, 2010 Events No Comments Bas van den Beld

SES New York 300x36 SES New York: you have to make it thereProbably the biggest conference in search engine marketing is Search Engine Strategies New York. With a line up of over 200 speakers divided over 70+ sessions you are bound to find something of your liking in New York.

Next to the sessions SES New York however is about a lot more. In New York the exhibition area is bigger than anywhere else. If you compare it to for example London: in London there were five booths in New York the Expo Floor has over a 100 exhibitors there, making it a place where you can very well make deals, get to know more people from the industry and find out which tool is hot or not.

The new way in which the sessions have been set up worked well in London. The sessions have less speakers in them where possible so speakers will get the chance to “get in deep”. Which is always better for the listeners.

In the next week State of Search will go to New York and listen to all the speakers, look at the booths and will try to keep you informed of what is going on in the big apple.

What will we be doing?

  • State of Search will be covering some of the sessions right here on the website off course!
  • State of Search will be doing a LIVE radioshow coming from the webmasterradiobooth at SES, at the regular hours
  • State of Search will be Twittering LIVE from the sessions, so be sure to follow the tweets!
  • State of Search will be walking around the floors with camera and recording gear to talk to speakers, attendants and organizers.

Be sure to check back here often to find out what’s new at SES New York!
