November and December Conferences
I wanted to do a quick update for all the State of Search readers so you can keep up to date with the conferences and events that are due to take place between now and Christmas.
State of Search have teamed up with the conference organisers and have managed to secure discount codes for our readers so if you do want to attend, make sure you use one of the codes shown below to secure your place at a great rate.
AllFacebook Marketing Conference
If you are looking to leverage Facebook in your business but need some help understanding the best route to go down, the AllFacebook Marketing Conference is the place to go.
The event is taking place on 19th November in St Pauls, London. It is a full day event for marketers, entrepreneurs and media professionals who can expect a conference packed full of case studies, practical advice and real-world perspectives on how you can really monetise the Facebook social media platform.
Take a look at the agenda and you will see just how much you could learn from this event. It is packed full of great speakers and with a topic so niche and specific, you will walk away with some really insightful tips to kick start or improve your Facebook marketing campaign.
If you are looking to sign up, make sure you use the SOS12 discount code to secure 15% off the full ticket price.
Conversion Conference
The Conversion Conference is being held in London on 27th and 28th November. I am going to be blogging for State of Search at the event and with such an amazing speaker line up, I am really looking forward to it.
So, what can we expect from this conference?
The sessions at the Conversion Conference aim to be very interactive focusing purely on conversion and how to increase the conversion rate on your site. Each session is split into the key topics of persuasion, best practice, hands on and testing and tools.
If you want to sign up to attend, you need to get in quick as tickets will be selling fast! To secure a discount of 15%, simply register and enter SOS12 in the discount code area.
eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit
This event is being held in the same location as the Conversion Conference and is running on the same days, 27th and 28th November.
eMetrics London is a conference dedicated to analytics and data. For me, I am really pleased that there is an event specifically aimed at this subject. Without analytics and data there really is no point in marketing your business. Putting all the hard work and effort into running a marketing campaign but not knowing the outcome and results, makes it extremely difficult to justify running the campaign again.
Throughout the two days, attendees can expect to receive comprehensive sessions focusing on on best practices, tools and techniques to optimise successful marketing campaigns.
If you are torn between which one to attend, why not register for a Combo Pass which will allow you access into both the Conversion Conference and eMetrics so you can get attend all the sessions you want over the two days?
eMetrics have also offered State of Search readers a discount of 15% if you sign up using SOS12 in the discount code box. http://www.emetrics.org/london/register.php
Mini SAScon
Last on the agenda for the end of 2012 is Mini SAScon which is a half day event held in Manchester on Friday 7th December. The cost of this conference is just £20 per delegate, an absolute bargain especially for those of you who live in or around the Manchester area.
The speaker line up consists of Morgan McKeagney from IQ Content and Andy Headington from Adido and the theme for this years event is Mobile and Local Search.
If you are in the area on 7th December, it is well worth dropping in as it really helps set the scene for the main SAScon conference which takes place in June 2013.
