Celebrating Birthday #5, this March’s Thinkvis seemed to be held on every floor of the Alea Casino and I seem to have made more friends than ever… which means I also have more incriminating photos than ever :-) (you know who you are).

#ThinkVis, #SinkVis, #DrinkVis, … whatever your preferred hashtag – this weekend a whole lot of online marketing rockstar, ninja, guru types headed once again to the Alea Casino in Leeds for the Think Visibility 2012 Autumn Edition.

As always a selection of high quality speakers (including our very own Bas van den Beld) shared their knowledge on a variety of topics from the world of affiliates, PR, Market Research, SEO, Link Building and more! (more…)

Think Visibility 7 Round-Up

It’s that time again folks – yes – it really has been 6 months since the last Think Visibility Conference or #thinkvis as it’s more widely known. Held in the usual venue of the Alea Casino in Leeds, Think Visibility 7 was for me one of the most creative and fun yet! A fantastic range of speakers from the brand new to the seasoned pro, and some of the funniest talks (and sights) I have seen on the circuit to date; including a presentation by Chewbacca, bouncy castle and ball pool! The lunchtime entertainment was also a bonus as yours truly got to shoot people in the face wearing a pig mask in the ‘weakest link’ parody!

ThinkVisibility 7 Announced: “Outsourcing for Cheap Bastards”

March 3rd will be the day a big part of the UK SEO crowd will meet up in Leeds again for the first of two Thinkvisibility events for 2012. The conference, organized by our good friend Dom Hodgson and his team, is already up to its 7th edition.

On the website, where starting this weekend the tickets can be bought, the show is announced to be an “event with some surprises”. It sure is and we can let you in on one of those surprises now: a very special session which has the working title of “outsourcing for cheap bastards”. (more…)
