Nichola is owner and co-founder of The Media Flow; online revenue optimisation and audience services (including SEO, SEM and SMM). Prior to founding theMediaFlow, Nichola spent four years at Yahoo! as head of UK commercial search partners. Nichola has more than a decade of experience in online communications from Public Relations and news distribution, to Corporate Communications and web design at Investis Ltd.

Nichola is passionate about search and social media and is a prolific writer and speaker on the subject, drawing on her formal experience and also first-hand knowledge as a web publisher; as theMediaFlow operate a number of online websites including www.checkoutspy.co.uk and www.wagvegas.com.
