		<description>Agree on this one. Everybody is very busy on a daily basis, and its hard to get those posts coming. A schedule with deadlines is a necessity. And its not a bad thing. We are human, and we need deadlines to get things done and keep things going.</description>

I&#039;ve run a group blog and didn&#039;t do Tip 2 - thus having some weeks with loads of posts then a tumbleweed filled silence for weeks after. 

I know that was kind of a non comment but I agreed so much that I felt it must be made public!</description>
